Refund Policy

At ATHLO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

  • Certain personal fitness items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (e.g. resistance bands once used).
